Tenaga Ahli (TA) Provinsi adalah tim profesional yang bertugas mendukung pemerintah provinsi dalam koordinasi, supervisi, dan evaluasi program pembangunan serta pemberdayaan masyarakat desa. Mereka berperan dalam memberikan bimbingan teknis kepada TAPM Kabupaten , memastikan kebijakan berjalan efektif, serta mengawal implementasi program seperti Dana Desa agar sesuai dengan regulasi. TA Provinsi juga bertanggung jawab dalam penyusunan strategi, advokasi kebijakan, dan peningkatan kapasitas bagi tenaga pendamping di tingkat kabupaten dan desa.

Tenaga Ahli Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (TAPM) Kabupaten adalah tim profesional yang bertugas mendampingi pemerintah daerah dalam pelaksanaan program pembangunan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa. TAPM berperan dalam memberikan asistensi teknis, pemantauan, serta evaluasi terhadap kebijakan dan program yang berkaitan dengan Dana Desa dan pembangunan desa. Mereka juga bertugas membina Pendamping Desa dan Pendamping Lokal Desa agar pelaksanaan program berjalan efektif, transparan, dan sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku.
